MARKING INK

1. Application Instructions

The ink can be applied with the ATL Wheel System. Shake or mix well before use. It’s recommended to shake it mechanical with a shaker or mixer. Equipment can be cleaned with mineral spirits.

2. Technical Data

Base material: Curable polymers
Density: 0,84 - 0,92 g/cm³ (depending on the colour)
Non-volatile matter content: 22 - 25 (vol %), 32 - 34 (weight %) (depending on the colour)
As-delivered viscosity:
DIN FORMAT S226993 404/6mm 20°C		 150 - 170 sec.
Storage stability: At least 9 months when kept dry and cool in an unopened original container.
Drying time: Dependant on amount applied, air velocity and temperature

Colours: Available in infinitely many colours
Article number: 165.0050.XXXX till 165.0500.XXXX
Packing: Standard in 0,9 litre bottles. Other packing on request.
